Hi, I’m Polly Hickling, an accredited EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner who has spent years working in high-pressure environments including media, leadership and education.

I've watched people (myself included) lose clarity in the moments that matter. The overwhelm before a presentation. The freeze in a difficult conversation. The internal noise that drowns out what you actually want to say.

This work isn't about trends or "calming down." It's about building practical tools for nervous system regulation that hold up under real pressure.
